Responsibilities & Context

  • Mitali Group is a dynamic business leader in Bangladesh’s Readymade Garments (RMG) sector, with an impressive annual turnover of $100 million. As part of a thriving group, we operate multiple strategic business units, employing over 10,000 dedicated professionals.
  • We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as:
  • Head of Factory (Operations)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations with strong command and strategic oversight.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of a 40-line knit composite garment production unit.
  • Oversee and ensure seamless collaboration among all departments to achieve monthly production targets.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, audit, and compliance requirements, including RSC, BSCI, buyer technical audits, and product safety audits.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline production, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Ensure timely production and delivery aligned with TNA (Time and Action Plan).
  • Work closely with the supply chain team for efficient sourcing of raw materials and inventory management.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and direction to all department heads and factory personnel.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Uphold strict quality control measures across all production stages.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing rigorous safety protocols.
