  • Extensive Knowledge about Labor Law 2006
  • Sound knowledge about factory compliance, health & safety issue
  • Experience in handling different buyer and social audit
  • Good communication and leadership skill
  • Good knowledge about computer applications specially MS office package
  • Able to identify problems and provide resolutions
  • High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills including direct customer interaction

Responsibilities & Context

  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Lead the factory HR, administration, and compliance teams, ensuring clear communication of roles, expectations, and objectives.
  • Foster discipline and enforce strong administrative control within the factory.
  • Budget and Resource Management
  • Manage departmental expenditure to remain within the agreed budget while achieving operational goals.
  • Assist the Plant Head and COO in preparing the annual manpower plan to align with organizational needs.
  • Employee Welfare and Policy Implementation
  • Monitor, review, and implement policies related to employee welfare, ensuring they align with organizational values and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure full adherence to all regulatory and statutory obligations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention
  • Recruit, retain, and maintain a talent pool aligned with business objectives, ensuring recruitment policies and procedures are followed.
  • Collaborate with departmental heads to understand and address HR development needs and keep them informed of HR objectives and accomplishments.
  • Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations
  • Address industrial relations and employee concerns, ensuring grievances and disciplinary actions are managed in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and morale.
  • Performance Management
  • Ensure timely completion of performance appraisals and Key Result Area (KRA) reviews within the factory.
  • Oversee the development and execution of training programs for both management and non-management staff, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • External Collaboration and Relations
  • Establish and nurture relationships with universities, organizations, training institutions, and professional networks to support recruitment and training objectives.
  • Maintain positive relations with government entities, non-government organizations, and local bodies to facilitate smooth organizational operations.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Drive continual improvement in work processes and personal development to contribute to the organization’s success.
