Security Leadership & Operations

• Oversee all safety and security operations across the Group and its associated factories located in different locations.
• Lead and manage a large team of security personnel to ensure effective protection of company assets, employees, visitors, and facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate security measures into overall business operations.

Security Policies & Compliance

• Develop and implement security policies, controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Enforce security rules, regulations, and compliance requirements across all facilities.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and audit requirements, including SCAN, C-TPAT, and social compliance frameworks.

Risk Assessment & Security Monitoring

• Continuously monitor security conditions and proactively identify potential risks and threats.
• Conduct periodic security surveys, risk assessments, and security audits to improve coverage and controls.
• Stay informed about emerging security threats, industry trends, and security technologies, recommending improvements where necessary.

Security Systems & Technology Management

• Monitor and ensure the functionality of CCTV systems, vehicle tracking systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
• Develop systems for effective monitoring and management of security infrastructure.

Budget & Resource Management

• Prepare, monitor, and control departmental budgets to ensure efficient and cost-effective utilization of resources.
• Manage security-related procurement, equipment maintenance, and operational expenditures.

Law Enforcement & Stakeholder Coordination

• Maintain effective relationships with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, fire services, and relevant government authorities.
• Coordinate with police, ambulance services, and fire departments during emergencies and investigations.
• Represent the organization on security-related legal and compliance matters.

Recruitment & Staff Development

• Assist in the recruitment, selection, and deployment of security personnel.
• Design and implement training programs to strengthen staff capabilities, preparedness, and security awareness.
• Conduct regular drills and crisis management training programs.

Incident Investigation & Reporting

• Lead or supervise investigations into security incidents, breaches, misconduct, theft, fraud, or other security-related issues.
• Establish structured incident reporting systems, root cause analysis (RCA) processes, escalation protocols, and shift-wise security logs.

Logistics & Export Security

• Ensure export and logistics security through proper truck sealing procedures, loading supervision, carton verification, and transportation monitoring.
• Maintain secure logistics operations in accordance with international supply chain security standards.

Hazard & Emergency Management

• Monitor security controls in high-risk areas such as boiler, utility, and chemical storage facilities.
• Ensure access control measures and emergency response coordination for hazardous locations.
• Develop and maintain crisis management plans, emergency response procedures, evacuation plans, and shift-based emergency coverage.

Vehicle & Facility Security Management

• Oversee overall vehicle management and tracking systems.
• Ensure proper security coverage of factories, warehouses, offices, and other facilities.
• Maintain comprehensive surveillance and access control systems.

Awareness & Continuous Improvement

• Promote security awareness throughout the organization.
• Develop and improve risk assessment mechanisms and communicate findings to management.
• Recommend and implement security improvements based on audits, incidents, and changing business requirements.
