We are looking for an energetic and visionary HR leader to take on the role of Head of Human Resources. This is an exceptional chance for an experienced HR professional to spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, support organizational expansion, and improve workforce efficiency.

Position Level: Senior Vice President / Executive Vice President (based on experience)

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the bank’s goals and vision.

  • Cultivate a positive and efficient workplace and manage employee relations effectively.

  • Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Optimize performance management, compensation frameworks, and career development programs.

  • Develop KPIs linked to specific business objectives to monitor individual performance.

  • Create, implement, and update standardized HR policies.

  • Drive organizational growth through planned change management initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and manage disciplinary processes per regulatory standards.

  • Serve as a strategic consultant to senior management and the board on all HR matters.

  • Lead the digitization of HR functions and the upgrade of the HRIS platform.
