Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Cultivate a positive and efficient workplace and manage employee relations effectively.
Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
Optimize performance management, compensation frameworks, and career development programs.
Develop KPIs linked to specific business objectives to monitor individual performance.
Create, implement, and update standardized HR policies.
Drive organizational growth through planned change management initiatives.
Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and manage disciplinary processes per regulatory standards.
Serve as a strategic consultant to senior management and the board on all HR matters.
Lead the digitization of HR functions and the upgrade of the HRIS platform.
