Rank: Senior Vice President / Executive Vice President (Depending on Experience)
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives and the Bank’s vision
Foster a positive and productive work environment while managing employee relations
Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline
Streamline performance management, compensation, and career development systems
Formulate KPIs tied to specific business objectives to ensure individual performance accountability
Formulate, implement, and continuously improve standard HR policies
Drive organizational development through structured change management
Ensure regulatory compliance and handle disciplinary matters appropriately
Serve as a strategic advisor to Management and the Board on all HR-related matters
Lead the digitization of HR services and the transformation of the HRIS platform
