✔ Proven experience in ERP implementation, IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise-level IT operations.

✔ Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making capabilities.

✔ Excellent knowledge of ERP systems, database management, networking, and IT infrastructure.

✔ Strong expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise IT governance.

✔ Ability to manage multiple IT projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.

✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and implement the Group’s overall IT strategy, policies, and digital transformation roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.

✔ Lead and supervise the IT Department, ensuring efficient IT operations and consistent service delivery across all business units.

✔ Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, data centers, and enterprise systems.

✔ Implement, manage, and maintain ERP, HRIS, accounting, inventory, production, and other business software solutions.

✔ Ensure robust cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, backup management, and business continuity.

✔ Lead IT system integration, automation, and process improvement initiatives across the Group.

✔ Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology investments.

✔ Ensure network security, access control, system monitoring, and compliance with relevant IT policies and standards.

✔ Provide strategic technology guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors, supporting business objectives through technology-driven solutions.

✔ Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

✔ Establish and maintain IT policies, SOPs, technical documentation, and performance monitoring systems.

✔ Develop, mentor, and lead IT professionals while ensuring effective team performance and continuous improvement.
