BRAC Bank is seeking a dynamic, intelligent, and motivated professional for the position of Head of Infrastructure Development & Management in its General Services Division.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Feasibility: Conduct preliminary feasibility studies for new branches or ATMs, assessing site data and development potential.
Vendor Selection: Assist the procurement team in preparing technical specifications and selecting the best vendors for projects.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various departments—including Procurement, Safety & Security, and Finance—to ensure smooth handover of relocation or renovation projects.
Project Monitoring: Oversee project sites to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and timelines. Monitor QA/QC and ensure projects are completed within budget and according to design and regulatory requirements.
Cost-Effective Redesign: Optimize branch layouts to improve seating capacity and reduce costs, coordinating with branch managers, regional heads, and stakeholders.
Auction of Old Infrastructure: Develop and implement auction strategies for old bank assets, ensuring quarterly auctions follow approved SOPs and maximize returns.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all projects comply with internal policies, external regulations, and good governance standards.
