Apply Lean principles across all applicable areas to maximize resource efficiency and operational performance.
Use statistical analysis and mathematical calculations to define manufacturing processes, staffing requirements, and production standards.
Optimize equipment layout, material flow, and workspace design to achieve maximum efficiency using digital and drafting tools.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, and work orders to estimate costs and support Lean manufacturing processes.
Analyze operational sequences, material flow, and organizational structures to define roles, responsibilities, and workflow efficiency.
Evaluate the accuracy and precision of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to develop corrective action plans.
Recommend strategies to improve the utilization of manpower, materials, and utilities.
Regulate and adjust workflow schedules in line with manufacturing sequences and lead times to accelerate production operations.
