About the Opportunity

KRY International, a leading retail brand in Bangladesh’s mobile phone and gadget industry, is seeking an experienced, high-performing Head of Marketing. In this role, you will lead our marketing division and fuel long-term business expansion through strategic planning, modern branding, advanced digital marketing, and innovative campaign execution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth & Brand Impact: Create and execute powerful marketing plans to boost sales, elevate brand presence, and increase consumer engagement.

  • Digital Channel Mastery: Oversee all digital marketing operations, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, YouTube, Email, and SMS marketing.

  • Campaign Execution: Structure and launch major promotional efforts, seasonal events, mega sales, and new product rollouts.

  • Brand Consistency: Strengthen the KRY International identity across all online platforms and offline touchpoints.

  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor our creative, content, marketing, social media, and CRM teams to ensure top-quality output.

  • Market Research: Perform competitor benchmarking and customer behavioral analysis to uncover fresh market opportunities.

  • Budget & Performance Analytics: Manage marketing budgets and measure performance metrics using KPIs, ROI, and ROAS.

  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to align on corporate goals.

  • Retention & Acquisition: Build customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs to enhance customer lifetime value.

  • Insights & Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports featuring clear, actionable business observations.

  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing initiatives match the company's long-term vision, goals, and official guidelines.

Educational Qualifications

  • Required Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), Management, or a related discipline.

  • Preferred Certifications: Professional credentials in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or Marketing Analytics are a strong advantage.

Experience Background

  • Total Experience: At least 4 to 6 years of proven success in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Business Development.

  • Management Experience: A minimum of 2 years spent in a managerial or leadership capacity is preferred.

  • Industry Experience: Background experience within the Mobile Phone, Gadget, Consumer Electronics, Retail, or E-commerce industries is highly valued.

Candidate Requirements

  • Interpersonal Skills: Elite leadership, communication, presentation, and decisive problem-solving traits.

  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO practices, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.

  • Strategic Execution: Sharp analytical, budget management, and campaign optimization capabilities.

  • Work Ethic: Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

  • Software Skills: Fluent proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
