  • Ability to adapt to dynamic industry challenges while achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities & Context

Production and Quality Oversight:

  • Participate in overseas meetings to oversee the factory's entire production and quality management processes, including scheduling, raw material procurement, fabric production, garment quality assurance, shipment, and marketing with a focus on merchandising concerns.
Buyer Coordination:
  • Liaise with buyers on compliance, technical matters, quality management, audits, and final inspections to ensure seamless operations and adherence to buyer expectations.
Business Development:
  • Identify and engage new buyers, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Implement competitive processes to enhance profit margins and strengthen business relationships.
Performance Reporting:
  • Provide detailed monthly performance reports for all departments to the owner and top management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Corrective Actions:
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of effective corrective measures to address any process inefficiencies or challenges.
Team Training and Monitoring:
  • Train and supervise the marketing and merchandising teams to meet company goals and targets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
End-to-End Manufacturing Management:
  • Oversee the entire garment manufacturing process, including merchandising, planning, cutting, sewing, printing, finishing, packing, and delivery, ensuring high-quality output and timely execution.
