Minimum age requirement of 30 years.
At least 7 years of hands-on experience in QC/QA within real estate or construction manufacturing, including strong knowledge of design and Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC).
Certified knowledge of ASNT, ASTM, ISO, BNBC, CRS, CPM, and relevant compliance standards will be highly preferred.
Prior experience with reputed organizations such as Shanta Holdings, Assurance, BTI, Rangs, Simple Tree, Edison, or Assure Group will be considered a strong advantage.
Employment Type: Full-Time (Regular)
Lead and oversee Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities across all construction projects and sites.
Ensure all design and construction works comply with local building codes, regulatory requirements, and applicable standards.
Enforce adherence to industry standards, internal quality policies, and statutory requirements at all project locations.
Apply in-depth knowledge of material design, including accurate measurement of raw materials and appropriate mixing ratios.
Implement and monitor QC processes and raw material control systems to ensure consistent construction quality across sites.
Plan, execute, and supervise testing procedures, inspections, and quality audits for raw materials, in-process works, and finished construction outputs.
Analyze quality deviations, failures, and complaints, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure comprehensive documentation of QC test reports, certificates, inspection records, and compliance documentation.
Lead, manage, and develop the QC team through training, performance monitoring, and strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate closely with Production, Design, and R&D teams to enhance quality standards, reduce defects, and improve construction processes.
