Additional Requirements


  • Must have minimum 03–05 yrs working experience in a reputed Knit Composite Factory as a Quality Head and worked with reputed brands like H&M, Tchibo, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis etc.
  • Should have minimum 15 yrs of experience in the quality department of Knit Garments Factory.
  • Should have knowledge and experience regarding Quality Management System (QMS) and 7-QC Tools.
  • Should be able to establish quality parameters in all segments of the department and ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
  • Should have good working knowledge in computer applications and be able to work in an ERP/Software based operation system and generate reports as per requirements.
  • Should have proven leadership skills, proactive, sincere and dynamic & result oriented

  • Experience and Expertise
  • Industry Experience: Must have 15+ years of experience in the quality department of a Knit Garments Factory, including 3–5 years as a Quality Head in a reputed Knit Composite Factory.
  • Brand Collaboration: Proven track record of working with renowned brands such as H&M, Tchibo, Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, etc.
  • Quality Knowledge and Skills
  • Quality Management: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and the application of 7 QC Tools.
  • Process Oversight: Ability to establish and implement quality parameters across all manufacturing stages, ensuring quality control from cutting to packing.
  • Technical Proficiency
  • ERP/Software: Proficient in using computer applications and ERP/software-based operational systems for generating reports and managing quality workflows.
  • Leadership and Personal Attributes
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership ability with a proactive, sincere, and dynamic approach to achieving results.
  • Result-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive results and uphold quality standards while working collaboratively with teams.
