Develop and strengthen a robust credit risk management framework for the retail segment by formulating credit policy manuals, operational process guidelines, and product program guidelines, and ensuring organization-wide compliance.
Independently and objectively review and supervise all retail credit proposals—particularly Auto, Personal, and Home Loans—to ensure high credit quality and sound risk assessment.
Conduct comprehensive credit risk evaluations for Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, and other retail lending products, and provide informed credit opinions.
Provide leadership in the consumer credit segment by streamlining approval processes and reducing turnaround time through efficient risk assessment practices.
Systematically collect, analyze, and interpret market, industry, and macroeconomic data related to retail credit risk, and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders.
Analyze the existing retail credit portfolio and generate credit intelligence to support business teams, sales units, and credit underwriters in decision-making.
Collaborate closely with business units and actively participate in sales force training to minimize processing time and reduce proposal decline ratios.
Conduct and participate in training sessions, providing constructive feedback to all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure strict compliance with internal credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
