Responsibilities & Context

  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the sales targets outlined in the business plan are met on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly cash revenue streams for each product.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets, ensuring efficient operations and strong team performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor team members' performance to ensure individual and group targets are met, and corporate goals are achieved.
  • Team Development: Drive profitable results by developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, skill development, and product knowledge enhancement.
  • Sales Administration: Manage the sales administration function, streamline processes and systems, and provide operational performance reports. Advise senior management on maximizing business relationships and fostering a customer service-focused environment.
  • Business Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense control, and ensure the targets are met while promoting the organization’s presence across the region.
  • Team Direction: Oversee the planning and direction of zonal managers, area managers, territory managers, and sales officers to achieve specific objectives.
  • Reporting System: Establish a system of reports and communications, including sales reports and regular sales meetings, to monitor team performance.
  • Appraisal System: Implement an appraisal system defining responsibilities and performance standards for each team member, set individual territory sales goals, and create a plan to accomplish these goals.
  • Resource Coordination: Ensure the proper coordination of company resources to achieve stable and efficient sales results.
