About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand market share for our cutting-edge health software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B SaaS or B2C enterprise health software sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and customer-focused culture.
- Oversee sales forecasts, pipeline development, and deal closures to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape to refine our sales approach.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with hospitals, clinics, healthcare systems, insurers, and government agencies.
- Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance sales opportunities and product adoption.
