  • 8 - 10+ years in sales leadership, preferably in health tech, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems, digital health, EHR/EMR, telemedicine, or AI-driven health solutions
  • Demonstrated success in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and closing complex B2B deals.
  • Experience leading and scaling sales teams with a focus on high performance and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional ability to engage and influence C-level executives, healthcare providers, and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales analytics, and digital sales strategies

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market reach.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and customer-centric culture.
  • Oversee sales forecasts, pipeline development, and deal closures to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  • Identify customer pain points, market trends, and the competitive landscape to continuously refine the sales approach.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with hospitals, clinics, healthcare systems, insurers, and government agencies.
  • Establish strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance sales opportunities and drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to align solutions with customer needs and strengthen go-to-market strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track performance, optimize sales processes, and inform data-driven decision-making.
