Job Context

Torayvino BD, the official distributor of a premium Japanese water purification brand in Bangladesh, is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and results-driven professional for the position of Head of Sales & Marketing.

This leadership role is primarily responsible for driving and expanding Corporate & Institutional Sales (B2B) across key sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Garments, Manufacturing Industries, Corporate Offices, Banks, Educational Institutions, NGOs, Hospitals, Hotels, and other organizations nationwide.

While the role will oversee Retail and Dealer Sales operations, the primary performance objective will be to accelerate Corporate & Institutional business growth, secure large-scale projects, and establish long-term strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate must possess strong commercial leadership, proven B2B sales expertise, strategic planning capabilities, and hands-on experience in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate & Institutional Sales Leadership (Primary Focus)

✔ Develop and implement comprehensive Corporate & Institutional (B2B) sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth.

✔ Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale corporate, commercial, and institutional sales opportunities nationwide.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, administrative departments, and senior corporate stakeholders.

✔ Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

✔ Develop customized proposals, quotations, corporate pricing structures, and volume-based sales agreements.

✔ Negotiate and close high-value contracts, tenders, and long-term institutional partnerships.

✔ Achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual corporate sales targets.

✔ Develop key account management strategies to maximize customer retention and repeat business.


Sales Strategy & Business Development

✔ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.

✔ Develop annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and strategic business development initiatives.

✔ Explore new market segments and distribution channels to increase market penetration.

✔ Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline development activities.


Retail & Dealer Sales Oversight

✔ Supervise and support Retail Sales and Dealer Network operations.

✔ Strengthen and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner relationships.

✔ Ensure alignment of all sales channels with overall company revenue and growth objectives.

✔ Monitor dealer performance, market coverage, and sales effectiveness.


Team Leadership & Performance Management

✔ Lead, mentor, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

✔ Set sales KPIs, performance objectives, and accountability measures for team members.

✔ Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.

✔ Foster a results-driven and customer-centric sales culture.


Marketing & Commercial Planning

✔ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated sales and marketing strategies.

✔ Support brand awareness campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and corporate events.

✔ Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support business growth initiatives.

✔ Coordinate closely with senior management and the Chairman on commercial planning and strategic business decisions.


Reporting & Management Coordination

✔ Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, business development updates, and strategic recommendations.

✔ Monitor sales KPIs, revenue performance, market trends, and customer acquisition metrics.

✔ Ensure accurate sales forecasting and effective pipeline management.
