Responsibilities & Context

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase patient inflow and optimize diagnostic service utilization.
  • Identify and engage target markets, including doctors, healthcare providers, corporate entities, and insurance companies.
  • Build and maintain strong B2B & B2C referral networks to drive patient acquisition.
  • Plan and execute district-level visits to doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic labs to establish strategic partnerships.
  • Set and manage sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Doctor & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Attract and onboard top-tier, highly reputed doctors to establish their practice at Gulshan Clinic Ltd.
  • Promote the clinic’s exceptional facilities and patient care standards to healthcare professionals.
  • Strengthen collaborations with referring doctors and medical practitioners to enhance service utilization.
  • Marketing & Brand Positioning:
  • Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, and referral-based) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop strong brand positioning and messaging to differentiate Gulshan Clinic Ltd. from competitors.
  • Oversee social media, digital marketing, content creation, and advertising strategies to engage both patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
  • Assign clear, budget-aligned sales targets to each team member.
  • Track and evaluate real-time sales activities, ensuring accountability and performance optimization.
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and support to empower the sales and marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that drives superior performance.
  • Operational Excellence & Strategic Growth:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Implement data-driven decision-making to optimize sales strategies and marketing effectiveness.
  • Undertake any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management.
