Enhance IPDC’s reputation as a reliable and trusted advisor for large corporates, multinational companies, financial institutions, and sponsors operating in Bangladesh.

Utilize IPDC’s existing corporate and institutional client portfolio while acquiring new clients to originate advisory mandates, including mergers and acquisitions.

Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with sponsors, board members, promoters, regulators, and investors.

Assist relationship managers in cross-selling advisory and structured finance solutions and successfully closing deals.

Lead, motivate, and retain a high-performing Corporate Advisory team.

Define clear roles, responsibilities, performance targets, and accountability frameworks.
