Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to lead and strengthen the organization's recruitment function by developing strategic hiring initiatives, building a strong employer brand, and ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality talent to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Strategy aligned with annual business plans (ABP), workforce planning, and organizational growth objectives.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both corporate and factory operations, ensuring transparent, competency-based, and timely hiring.
- Design and execute Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives across digital platforms, professional networks, career fairs, and academic partnerships.
- Utilize recruitment technologies, HR analytics, and digital sourcing tools to improve hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through partnerships with universities, recruitment agencies, professional associations, and industry networks.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support structured onboarding programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, and recruitment effectiveness, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, department heads, and HR business partners to align hiring priorities with business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Support succession planning and strategic workforce planning initiatives by maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review and strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on emerging recruitment trends, talent market insights, and industry best practices to continuously enhance talent acquisition processes.
- Perform any other Talent Acquisition or HR-related responsibilities assigned by management.
