  • Bachelor/Honors, in Engineering discipline from reputed institutions.

  • Proficiency in key analytical tools for product marketing and sales.
  • Deep knowledge of business-to-business product marketing.
  • Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing techniques and tools.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing preferred.
  • Fluent in both English and Bengali communication.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Provide detailed information to potential customers about products and services.
  • Efficiently identify, qualify, and convert leads into clients.
  • Actively engage with clients to promote additional products and services.
  • Achieve high conversion rates through phone calls or in-person visits as directed by sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales strategies.
  • Conduct regular visits to end customers and resellers in alignment with KPIs.
  • Capture and respond to market intelligence to maximize sales opportunities and provide solutions to customer challenges.
  • Complete daily sales logs, weekly checklists, and provide progress reports on performance.
  • Maintain an accurate client database and manage all activities related to customer relations and the sales process.
  • Oversee credit collection processes to ensure debtors meet payment schedules.
  • Ensure accurate stock reconciliation at month-end and report any discrepancies to the Head of Business.
  • Assist with revenue and expense planning and contribute to mid- and long-term planning.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences as required by superiors or cross-functional teams.
  • Engage in cross-functional activities with operations, distribution, and other teams, including handling legal matters in the region.
  • Manage administrative duties related to the Sales Centre, including staff administration, licenses, VAT, safety, and other operational tasks.
