  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written skills for effective interaction with guests, team members, leadership, and brand representatives.
  • Collaboration: Skilled at working cohesively with a diverse team to reach shared objectives.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Create and execute a comprehensive housekeeping management strategy for the pre-launch phase.
  • Establish housekeeping protocols, operating standards, and quality benchmarks in alignment with the brand’s guidelines.
  • Assess staffing requirements, recruit personnel, and train team members according to global standards and local best practices.
  • Oversee the procurement process for housekeeping supplies, guest amenities, and equipment.
  • Negotiate and manage service agreements for laundry, pest control, and cleaning products with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth pre-launch transition.
  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring brand cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction are met.
  • Manage inventory, monitor expenses, and optimize the use of housekeeping materials.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff, providing regular training sessions and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for room upkeep and enforce safety standards in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Implement quality control programs to maintain high cleanliness and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and prioritize guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest feedback and issues promptly and courteously.
