Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and self-motivated HR & Admin Executive to oversee HR operations and office administration. The candidate should have prior experience in human resources, ideally in interior design or related creative industries.


  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Handle benefits, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee office operations for administrative efficiency.
  • Implement performance evaluations and support career planning.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and manage benefits policies.
  • Address grievances and foster a positive work culture.
  • Enforce disciplinary actions and ensure compliance.
  • Support strategic HR planning and handle additional tasks as needed.
