Talent Acquisition:
 
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for various positions within the company.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct job fairs, campus recruitment, and other talent acquisition events.

Employee Relations:
 
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Management:
 
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement strategies.

Benefits Administration:
 
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

HR Policies and Compliance:
 
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.

Training and Development:
 
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department managers to address skill gaps.
