Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Assist in recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Assist with administrative HR tasks, including document preparation and report generation.
  • Manage employee attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and coordinate the site and any other work the management gives.
