Oversee the full recruitment process and talent acquisition for various roles.
Assist with employee performance management and appraisal systems.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Support staff training and professional development initiatives.
Prepare job descriptions and update departmental hiring plans.
Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
Handle onboarding, confirmation, and performance review processes.
Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
Supervise office inventory and provide logistical support.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Display professionalism, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.
