  • Bachelor/Honors, in Human Resource Management

Experience


  • 2 Year

Additional Requirements


  • At least 2 years' experience in same position in Development Organizations-NGOS
  • Computer literate: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and any HR Management database
  • Experience in working with worker and trade union will be given preference
  • Ability to work with team and independently
  • Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'

Responsibilities & Context

  • Maintain personnel file of the staffs including leave and attendance records and submit periodic records/data
  • Keep track of office inventory/assets and be responsible for asset tagging
  • Prepare all kinds of documents and records
  • Conduct weekly/monthly office meeting and report to the management
  • Look after housekeeping and maintain all filing system
  • Ensure effective office management, maintenance and logistics support for every department
  • To make necessary correspondences, notices, orders concerning related field
  • Ensure HR policy of the organization is properly implemented and comply
  • Amendment HR policy time to time as per organization requirement
  • Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor
