Provide mentorship and support to help employees align with company culture and practices.
Foster a vibrant work culture by integrating fun, social, and team-building activities aligned with our core values.
Ensure proper implementation and enforcement of leave policies, including PTO and other types of leave.
Manage disciplinary actions when necessary, following company procedures.
Analyze absenteeism, sick leave, and turnover trends; prepare reports and recommend strategies to minimize them.
