We are seeking a committed HR Executive to join our expanding team and support our homecare operations.
Location: Mohakhali, Gulshan (On-site)
Shift: Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM), Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and related documentation.
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and HR reports as required.
Address employee queries and support employee relations and engagement initiatives.
Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and performance management processes.
Coordinate training and development programs to support staff growth and skill enhancement.
