  • 5-7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD).
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
  • Background in talent management and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR metrics.

Responsibilities & Context

HR Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast and plan workforce requirements based on business needs.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, reporting trends and making recommendations for improvements.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and interview coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies for attracting top talent to meet the company’s needs.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
Performance Management:
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
  • Address performance issues through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work environment and culture through employee engagement programs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent handling.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Oversee the implementation of training programs and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Promote continuous learning and development across the organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with company policies.
  • Conduct salary reviews and manage the annual compensation process.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws regarding compensation, benefits, and other HR policies.
HR Compliance:
  • Ensure the company’s HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.
  • Lead audits and manage risk related to HR processes.
Leadership & Team Management:
  • Manage the HR team, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to HR team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Organizational Development:
  • Work with leadership to structure the organization in a way that promotes efficiency and supports the company’s strategic goals.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.
HR Systems & Technology:
  • Manage the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software.
  • Implement and optimize HR technology solutions to enhance HR operations.
  • Generate reports and analyze data from HR systems to inform decision-making.
