HR Manager (HR & Operations Integration)

Job Context

 

We are a leading 100% export-oriented apparel manufacturer specializing in Workwear, Outerwear, High-Visibility Garments, Safety Wear, and Hunting Wear. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Manager to lead HR operations while partnering closely with Factory Operations to enhance workforce productivity, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and compliance with labor laws and international buyer standards. The role requires strong collaboration with Production, Industrial Engineering (IE), Compliance, Administration, and Factory Management to support overall business success.

Job Responsibilities

 

• Developed and implemented HR strategies aligned with factory operations, collaborating with Production, IE, Planning, Compliance, and Administration to improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency.

• Managed manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and succession planning to ensure adequate staffing for production requirements.

• Fostered positive employee and industrial relations by resolving grievances, conducting disciplinary procedures, and maintaining compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law.

• Implemented performance management systems, coordinated KPI-based appraisals, and coached department heads on leadership and people management.

• Identified training needs, organized learning and development programs, and promoted continuous improvement and Lean workplace practices.

• Oversaw HR administration, including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, policy implementation, and HR documentation.

• Led employee engagement and welfare initiatives to strengthen workplace culture, satisfaction, and retention.

• Prepared HR dashboards and management reports while analyzing workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, productivity, recruitment efficiency, labor costs, and overtime to support strategic decision-making.
