HR Support (Part time)

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good file scanning, document handling, and record-keeping skills.

Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with team members.

Commitment to safeguarding principles, ethical conduct, and professional integrity.

Support the recruitment team in managing daily operational activities.

Contact shortlisted candidates and coordinate their interview schedules.

Scan and upload candidate documents into the designated system.

Verify uploaded documents to ensure all files are complete, accurate, and properly submitted.

Assist in preparing candidate lists based on recruitment requirements.

Help maintain a safe and respectful working environment by protecting team members from harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation.

Provide guidance and support on safeguarding practices to promote a safe workplace.

Promote the organization's safeguarding policy among team members and ensure compliance with established standards in all activities.

Follow the prescribed safeguarding reporting procedures and encourage team members to report any incidents requiring attention.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
