The Hub in Charge will oversee the entire distribution operations of the telecom distribution house, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high efficiency and productivity levels while fostering a positive working environment for our team members.
● Ensure compliance with distribution operational guidelines in the "distributors' operation manual.
● Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective leadership and motivation of the field force.
● Finalize and allocate monthly targets after approval from ZSM and CM/CO.
● Develop route plans in alignment with business needs, with ZSM consent.
● Manage field-force attendance and service time.
● Conduct weekly meetings with SME, BDO, and Supervisors, and bi-weekly meetings focused on SME performance.
● Maintain proper inventory levels of SIM, Scratch Cards, and MFS as per company guidelines.
● Ensure timely SAF submissions to Banglalink CCD in compliance with BTRC guidelines.
● Oversee retailer commission disbursement and retain necessary documentation for audits.
● Ensure accurate entry and reconciliation of sales-to-trade info in DMS within company deadlines.
● maintain the DMS database and document daily standard reports for decision-making.
● Comply with documentation requirements for claim submissions per company guidelines.
● Facilitate regular field force briefing sessions for ongoing improvements and updates.
● Lead day-to-day operations of the distribution house and provide quality customer service.
● Support trade marketing activities in line with company guidelines.
● Ensure timely salary payments for all employees, documented appropriately.
● Maintain compliance with Labor Law and other relevant regulations.
