  • 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience

  • Preferred background in one or more of the following industries: Retail, Event Management, Packaged Food & Beverage, Amusement Parks, or Community/Party Centers

  • Maximum age: 35 years

  • Strong passion for people management and recruitment

  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software

  •  

  • Sound knowledge of Labor Laws and other relevant employment regulations


Responsibilities & Context

  • Oversee the end-to-end talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and structuring hiring workflows. Design competitive employment offers and compensation packages for selected candidates.

  • Develop, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures to maintain consistent and effective management practices.

  • Implement robust performance evaluation systems and modern appraisal techniques to enhance employee development and accountability.

  • Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to support strategic decisions, optimize processes, and drive organizational improvement.

  • Apply advanced Excel and data analysis skills to generate insightful reports and data visualizations.

  • Cultivate a culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth within the HR team.

  • Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, performance bonuses, and incentive planning.

  • Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues effectively.

  • Work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term strategies.

  • Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs aimed at improving morale and reducing turnover.

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices.
