Oversee the end-to-end talent management process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and structuring hiring workflows. Design competitive employment offers and compensation packages for selected candidates.
Develop, update, and recommend HR policies and procedures to maintain consistent and effective management practices.
Implement robust performance evaluation systems and modern appraisal techniques to enhance employee development and accountability.
Stay informed about emerging HR technologies and recommend innovative tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Analyze HR metrics and data to support strategic decisions, optimize processes, and drive organizational improvement.
Apply advanced Excel and data analysis skills to generate insightful reports and data visualizations.
Cultivate a culture focused on continuous learning and professional growth within the HR team.
Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, performance bonuses, and incentive planning.
Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues effectively.
Work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives and long-term strategies.
Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs aimed at improving morale and reducing turnover.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and industry best practices.
