TQIU International (BD) LTD. is looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in attracting and retaining top talent, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring efficient administrative support for smooth organizational operations.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.
Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and recruitment documentation.
Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Identify training needs and implement effective, cost-efficient employee development programs.
Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave tracking, and deductions.
Maintain leave records and prepare monthly attendance summaries.
Support performance appraisal processes, including probation reviews and annual evaluations.
Handle workplace issues, employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary procedures when required.
Conduct HR-related activities including offboarding, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for management decision-making.
