Job Purpose

TQIU International (BD) LTD. is looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR & Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in attracting and retaining top talent, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring efficient administrative support for smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.

  • Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.

Employee Records & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and recruitment documentation.

  • Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement effective, cost-efficient employee development programs.

Policy Development & Implementation

  • Develop and update HR policies in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.

  • Respond to employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Manage monthly payroll processing, including attendance, leave tracking, and deductions.

  • Maintain leave records and prepare monthly attendance summaries.

Performance Management

  • Support performance appraisal processes, including probation reviews and annual evaluations.

Employee Relations

  • Handle workplace issues, employee concerns, investigations, and disciplinary procedures when required.

HR Operations & Reporting

  • Conduct HR-related activities including offboarding, succession planning, and career development initiatives.

  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for management decision-making.
