  • Have experience minimum of 5 years in relevant field.
  • Must have knowledge & participant certificate related to Equipment calibration procedure & uncertainty measurement.
  • Basic knowledge of Quality Management System-ISO/IEC 17025.Fluent in English both written and spoken Knowledge on MS Excel, world and Outlook.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Prepare and maintain a monthly internal calibration plan to ensure timely verification and accuracy of all measuring equipment.
  • Perform both in-house and external calibrations and verifications of equipment according to specified parameters and requirements from internal departments and external clients.
  • Calculate measurement uncertainty for all calibrated equipment in accordance with calibration standards and customer specifications.
  • Prepare detailed calibration and verification reports, clearly indicating equipment status, and maintain proper documentation aligned with the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Develop, update, and implement annual calibration plans, ensuring complete coverage of all relevant equipment across the facility.
  • Manage external calibration activities by coordinating with certified vendors and ensuring their procedures align with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Review, update, and create calibration and maintenance procedures in compliance with relevant international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025) and specific customer needs.
