Age: 30 to 40 years
Strong hands-on experience in Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing operations
Solid understanding of denim fabric, sewing processes, finishing standards, and productivity control
Ability to lead floor manpower effectively and work under pressure
Supervise daily production activities on the assigned floor, including Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining required quality standards and delivery timelines.
Manage and coordinate operators, helpers, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor.
Collaborate effectively with Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering (IE), and Planning teams.
Identify and resolve floor-level production and quality issues promptly.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to management.
