We are looking for a skilled and responsible In-Charge (Production) to supervise and manage daily factory operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in production and factory management, preferably in the hardware or related manufacturing industry, along with strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision:

• Oversee the entire production process from raw material intake to finished goods, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations at every stage.

Production Planning & Target Achievement:

• Develop and implement production plans to meet daily and monthly targets while ensuring consistent quality and efficiency.

Quality Control:

• Maintain and enforce quality assurance standards. Monitor production output, identify issues, and ensure compliance with company requirements.

Team Management:

• Lead and supervise factory staff including operators, technicians, and support teams. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training to improve productivity.

Machinery & Maintenance:

• Ensure proper functioning of all machinery and equipment. Plan preventive maintenance and reduce downtime through timely repairs.

Inventory & Material Coordination:

• Coordinate with store and procurement teams to manage raw materials and ensure uninterrupted production flow.

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare and submit regular production reports to management, including progress updates, challenges, and improvement recommendations.

Safety & Compliance:

• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety rules, company policies, and relevant labor regulations.
