In-Charge (Production)

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated In-Charge (Production) to oversee and manage daily factory operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production management and factory operations, preferably in the hardware or related manufacturing industry, along with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Factory Operations Management: Supervise and manage the complete production process, from raw material input to finished goods, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations at every stage.

✔ Production Planning & Target Achievement: Develop and execute production plans to achieve daily and monthly production targets while maintaining consistent product quality and operational efficiency.

✔ Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain effective quality control measures. Inspect production output, identify and troubleshoot quality or operational issues, and ensure products meet company standards.

✔ Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate factory employees, including operators, technicians, and support staff. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide necessary training to improve productivity.

✔ Machinery & Maintenance: Ensure machinery and production equipment operate efficiently. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and minimize production downtime through timely repairs and maintenance.

✔ Inventory & Material Coordination: Coordinate with the Store and Procurement teams to manage raw materials, monitor material usage, and ensure an uninterrupted production flow.

✔ Production Reporting & Communication: Prepare and submit regular production reports to management, highlighting production progress, operational challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

✔ Compliance & Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and compliant factory environment by enforcing workplace safety protocols, company policies, and applicable labor laws.
