Education

  • Bachelor/Honors, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE)

Additional Requirements


  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in sales, specifically in distribution channel activities, sales development, new market and customer generation, and dealer management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in similar industries.
  • Expertise in developing marketing strategies and effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background combined with managerial capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to explore new opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Speaker & Sound Systems

  • Electric Bikes
  • CCTV & Security Surveillance: Safety lockers, attendance, and access control devices.
Electrical & Electronics (E&E) Products: Laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, routers.
Channel Development and Optimization: Create and implement a strategic plan to develop the distribution channel. Identify new opportunities, expand existing relationships, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set clear sales targets for distribution partners, regularly monitor performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to adjust sales tactics and channel strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management and Forecasting: Develop and manage the sales budget for the distribution channel, ensuring resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities. Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide production and inventory planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive communication and support for distribution partners. Foster a unified approach to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
