Responsibilities & Context

  • Channel Development and Optimization:
    Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the distribution channel by identifying new opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Establish and communicate clear sales targets for distribution partners. Regularly monitor performance and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
    Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to refine sales tactics and optimize channel strategies.
  • Budget Management and Forecasting:
    Create and manage the sales budget for the distribution channel, ensuring that resources are allocated according to strategic priorities. Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide production and inventory planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure clear communication and support for distribution partners. Promote a unified approach to boost customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
