  • A minimum of 7 years of proven, value-driven experience in sales (distribution channel), sales development, new market and customer acquisition, and dealer management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in similar industries.
  • Expertise in developing marketing strategies and effectively communicating with key stakeholders.
  • Strong technical background combined with managerial capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to exploring new opportunities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Channel Development and Optimization:
    Develop and implement a strategic plan to grow the distribution channel by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    Set clear sales targets for distribution partners, communicate them effectively, and regularly monitor performance. Take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
    Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to refine sales tactics and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management and Forecasting:
    Create and manage the sales budget for the distribution channel, ensuring resources are allocated in line with strategic priorities. Provide accurate sales forecasts to guide production and inventory planning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure consistent communication and support for distribution partners. Promote a unified approach to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
