  Set clear sales targets for distribution partners, communicate them effectively, and regularly monitor performance. Take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
  Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use these insights to refine sales tactics and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
• Budget Management and Forecasting:
