- Experience: Proven experience in Information and Feedback Service Provider roles within NGOs, INGOs, UN agencies, or development organizations, with a preference for field-level work in camps.

Responsibilities & Context
Project: FIVDB-UNICEF SBC Project
Contract Type: Project-based (1 year) with a 3-month probationary period
ROLE PURPOSE
The Information Service Provider (ISP) will facilitate and coordinate the Feedback and Information Centre (IFC) as part of the UNICEF Social and Behavior Change Communications (SBCC) project. The ISP will work with various community groups, including outreach workers, Mother to Mother support groups, Father to Father (F2F) support groups, religious and community leaders, and Adolescents Radio Listeners Club (ARLC), to drive social and behavioral change in areas such as health, nutrition, education, child protection, gender-based violence (GBV), and WASH. The ISP will ensure the effective implementation of the project in the FDMN camps and engage with local stakeholders, including government officials, UN agencies, and national/international organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate and coordinate activities at the Feedback and Information Centre (IFC) in line with UNICEF’s SBCC project objectives.
- Build rapport with the target community to collect and disseminate relevant information.
- Maintain and follow up on referral mechanisms as needed.
- Establish effective communication channels with service providers and other stakeholders.
- Lead and support community engagement initiatives, including managing and mentoring outreach workers, support groups, and community leader groups to ensure program success.
- Ensure compliance with FIVDB, donor, and Government of Bangladesh regulations.
- Prepare and submit camp-level daily, monthly, and program reports on time, aligned with the project design.
- Manage project data and ensure accurate database management through Horizon.
- Document and capture good practices regularly.
- Maintain clear and open communication within the team and organization to ensure program cohesion.
- Strengthen team capacity through knowledge-sharing and mentoring.
- Plan and supervise field activities, providing necessary guidance to team members.
- Participate in and conduct meetings, training sessions, seminars, and workshops as required by the project.
- Enter daily data in the logbook and ODK tab, reporting to the supervisor and M&E Officer.
- Attend camp-level coordination meetings with GO/NGO stakeholders as required.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support program implementation.
- Carry out additional tasks as required, aligned with your skills and experience.
