Inspection Process:
  • Perform inspections in accordance with established procedures and client specifications.
  • Ensure all necessary information and documentation are prepared before the inspection.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity throughout the inspection, ensuring proper data recording and timely reporting.
Customer Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies, ensuring satisfaction.
Product Quality and Manufacturing Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product quality standards and manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure that products meet required specifications and quality benchmarks during inspections.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any quality-related issues.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct inspections according to the client's requirements and general working procedures.
  • Ensure that all required information for the inspection is available before handing over the inspection file.
  • Review and update inspection documents, such as client requirements and work instructions, and follow them during the inspection.
  • Ensure all relevant data and information related to the job is accurately filled out. Maintain the company’s integrity policy and guidelines during inspections.
  • Prepare a comprehensive inspection report onsite and promptly send it to the client or customer service if required.
  • Verify that all equipment is calibrated and check calibration records before use at the facility.
  • Ensure zero errors and record complaints through proper onsite inspection. Assist in addressing customer complaints in line with company guidelines.
  • Address and respond to queries raised by customers, local authorities, overseas colleagues, and management as necessary.
