Lead multiple project teams from project conception to completion while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Manage and coordinate all activities related to interior design projects, including site management, vendor management, budget tracking (Excel-based), and timeline maintenance.
Communicate effectively with top management, architects, site contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct effective pre-planning and maintain project timelines using Gantt Charts to keep projects on track.
Utilize CAD software to create, review, and modify architectural drawings.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives and quality standards are achieved.
Monitor and control material usage and maintain accurate stock reports.
Travel and supervise multiple project sites inside and outside Dhaka as required.
