Key Responsibilities

Visit prospective clients and assist with onboarding new customers.

Support bill submission, payment follow-ups, and collection activities.

Respond to customer inquiries and build strong relationships to maintain client satisfaction.

Keep client databases, records, and related documents accurate and up to date.

Help organize and implement client engagement initiatives and key events.

Make phone calls and send emails as directed by the Line Manager.

Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager or team members.
