Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Fresh graduates and current students are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

HR

• Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related documentation.

• Support recruitment processes, interview scheduling, and other hiring activities.

• Assist in tracking attendance, leave, and employee information.

• Support internal employee communication and routine HR administrative tasks.

• Prepare basic HR reports and update employee records in Excel.

• Learn and follow company HR policies, procedures, and workplace practices.

Customer Service

• Welcome customers and communicate with them in a courteous and professional manner.

• Help customers select suitable products based on their preferences and requirements.

• Provide accurate information about product features, sizes, colors, pricing, and ongoing promotions.

• Assist in addressing customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

• Support customer satisfaction initiatives and relationship-building activities.

• Record customer feedback and report important concerns to the relevant supervisor.

Marketing

• Assist the marketing team in executing promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

• Support customer data collection, engagement, and relationship-building initiatives.

• Conduct basic market research and gather competitor-related information.

• Assist with SMS, digital, social media, and other promotional campaigns.

• Collect sales and customer data to support marketing analysis.

• Help organize promotional events and showroom marketing activities.

• Prepare basic marketing reports and presentations.

• Identify target audiences and support the development of effective strategies to reach them.

• Stay informed about emerging marketing trends, tools, and techniques to help improve campaign performance.

General Responsibilities

• Comply with Easy Fashion Ltd.’s policies, rules, and workplace discipline.

• Maintain the confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information.

• Complete assigned tasks accurately within established deadlines.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

• Participate in training sessions and learning opportunities.

• Maintain professional conduct and communication at all times.

• Perform other relevant duties assigned by the supervisor.
