Responsibilities & Context

Maintain accurate records of all raw materials used in battery manufacturing operations.
Create, monitor, and manage production orders to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Track and verify raw material usage throughout the production process to ensure proper control and accountability.
Coordinate closely with the production team to ensure timely material availability and reduce wastage.
Assist in preparing reports on production efficiency, inventory status, and material consumption for management review.
Collaborate with inventory management, production planning, and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.
Apply inventory management techniques such as FIFO (First In First Out), FEFO (First Expired First Out), GDR, and safety stock management.
Perform ABC classification of inventory items for better control and prioritization.
Support demand planning and forecasting of inventory requirements.
Oversee and assist in warehouse management activities to ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Other Benefits

The role follows a 3+3 model, consisting of a 3-month internship followed by a 3-month probation period.
