  • Digital Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms
  • Creativity & Problem Solving: Capable of generating ideas and contributing to campaigns or projects
  • Teamwork: Positive mindset, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • Time Management: Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

  • Previous experience through internships, volunteering, or project work
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, SPSS, or project management software
  • Basic research and report-writing abilities
