Additional Requirements


  • One Year Industrial Experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented programming like Java / Python.
  • Basic knowledge with tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman etc.
  • Experience working in a global team environment.
  • Experience with Performance, load, and stress testing using frameworks based on tools like JMeter.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Responsible for conducting tests before the solution launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Work closely with development, design, and product management teams to understand project requirements and ensure testing coverage.
  • Participate in agile team meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.
